now in chapter 5 Dr.Armstrong is inspecting Anthony martsons body and drink and see what could've cause his to choke and die, and what cause him to die was the cyanide in his glass could it have been that Anthony himself placed it in the glass himself and committed suicide? could someone from the house have put that there? hm the things we need to know and find out.  MacArthur ends up going to the table where the 10 little Indians were and notices that one Indian is missing.  that Indian missing could represent Anthony! then Vera gets up and reads the poem of "the ten little Indians" and she reads the part that says "the boy who choked to death" which is similar to what had happened that same evening this is all very interesting 

ok, I know I haven't been blogging AT ALL! and I feel pretty bad because I was doing soo good.  I've been working so much lately because of the holidays and I'm just so tired and overwhelmed with school and on top of that work.  the holidays are going to be over soon and I'll going back to the old me. well I've been and then there were none as you may already know.  as I read further it's pretty interesting but i don't know I'm finding it very dull now. however I have to finish it. anyways I was on chapters 3 last blog I did continue to read believe it or not. now let me tell you about chapter 4 and 5 chapter four everyone jumps on the "innocent" side saying that they've been innocent and haven't caused any murder what so ever.  of course one of them has to be lying because there is one murder in there we just have to find out who🤔.  Anthony martson one of the people I feed to the island suggest to find out who the murderer is since someone has died already as he suggest that he takes a drink and guess what? he chokes on his drink and dies. now that's death number one of this mysterious book. 

I am on the third chapter of this book they are all at the dinner table, and notice ten little China figures of Indians and immediately connect the figures with the poem they all previously read(ten little Indians)  once they're done with dinner they head to this room the drawing room.  in this room They hear a voice coming from nowhere and this voice out loud tells all of them about each of the characters past all their little secrets! ALL the characters have committed some sort of murder in their past! now who could it be? this just made it harder. Now the butlers tell these people that they have never met Mr.Owen and that they only do as he says in the instructions he sends by mail.  they soon were talking about with each other why each of them got invited and they all got invited my a long lost old friend.  they all came to realize that Owen impersonated their old friends because he knew they wouldn't contact them back and that's why they are all here in Indian island, all of them know that Mr.Owen isn't who he says he is and is just a mystery person he is unknown. 

I know I didn't do my previous blog so I will be doing two tonight.  I guess you can say last week I was a bit overwhelmed now that I have a job I can't really keep up but I'm really trying to because the quarter ends tomorrow and I NEED to get more than decent grade. 

And then there were none keeps getting interesting as I read more and more.  All the characters finally arrive to the island (Indian island) they're put in a modern style building in that building they have butlers Mr. and Mrs.Rogers they are the house keeper and cook. All the guests are waiting on Mr.Owen which is who invited them there. Where is he?  all the guests have their own rooms, however in all the rooms there is something suspicious.  In the rooms there are poems hung up, in the poem "ten little Indians" get killed one by one? now how crazy is that, that could represent each and every one of them getting killed one by one.   Mcarthur however feels a really bad vibe, and wants to leave the island but it is already too late because his only transportation was the boat and it had already left. Lombard on the other hand feels happy and just wants to enjoy his time at the island, and Emily well she reads the bible a lot, she is currently reading about the "punishment of sinners" hmm? maybe she wants to punish the sinners around her? Finally Dr.Armstrong says he had great plans for them.  what can those plans be? is he trying to murder these people? I decided to just mention the characters that I believe are most suspicious because naming all of them would make me stay here all night. Anyways at the end of this chapter everyone is heading for dinner downstairs. The author really knows what she's doing, she's throwing the reader off as to who will be the cause of the deaths that are going to happen later In the book. 

I have now started my new book.  It is called "and then there were none" by Agatha Christie.  This book is a mystery, from what I read on the little summary is that it is one of those stories where everyone ends up at a given place where they all die one by one or "disappear" I truly LOVE movies like this, which is why I'm interested in reading this book now. I really can't believe I'm actually becoming committed to reading and writing about what I read weekly, I'm so proud of myself I would've never expected this before.

A group of people followed by the names of Justice Wargrave, Vera Claythorne, Philip Lombard, Emily Brent, General Macarthur, Mr. Blore, and Dr.Armstrong all got invited to spend some time at an island called Indian island, each one of these people have different careers and different personalities, which all got invited for different reasons.  For example Justice Wargrave got invited to see the island and maybe buy it.  Emily Brent and General Macarthur are simply invited by "old friends", and Mr.Blore and Philip Lombard have been "hired" for a so called job at the island. What I like is that the author gives the reader (me) background info and the thoughts of each and every person attending the island. Now we'll just have to wait and see what happens next. 

        Last week I finished the book "10 things to do before I die" it was a decent book and I can say I somewhat enjoyed it, but now I got this knew book called "Would I Lie To You" a novel by gossip girl.  I read the title and said oooo interesting and checked it out, but to be completely honest with you I HATE IT :( I'm the type of person that goes just by the book title and cover and I should really stop that because when you do that, things don't really go so well.  I read the first 20 pages to try and give this book a chance but, no I absolutely hate it, it was so boring I really was not understanding. It was just bad.  I'm planning on getting another book perhaps tomorrow, and not finish this one because that would be torture.  So any book recommendations? I really need it so I can get a book ill actually enjoy reading and writing about weekly.

 For the act one project I am doing letter A. which will be from the point of view of rose. 

I am so overwhelmed with everything that is going on in my life. Troy cheated on me and not only did he just cheat, he is also had a baby with another women! I gave him my all my everything I was a great wife to him and he goes on and does this to me? do I deserve this? I always made sure he had a home cooked meal when he came from work and he still did this I really do not understand.  God only knows how many times I could've done the same but I chose not to because I have a husband whom I cannot cheat on.  There was many things wrong with Troy he also wouldnt let my little boy Cory follow his dream about becoming a football player just because when he played baseball things didn't go so well.  He doesn't understand that times have changed, not everything is the same now a days.  I know maybe he thinks he's doing it for corys own good but no, I think that if you want to do something and you strongly believe in it you should do it!  and if you stumble along the way you just pick yourself back up and fix it!  My Cory is a great person, I really hope he's not like his father.  Emotionally Troy was not there for Cory but I hope and pray Cory will be there for his kids emotionally and not follow the way his dad was.  Although I am pretty upset about Troy's death I do miss him, but now I have Reynell and I know she's not my daughter but I will raise her as if she was my own.  Both of her parents aren't alive and she needs a proper education to have a great future. 

book 1: Done

          I finally finished this book, and i'm so proud, because this is the first time I've read and actually finished an entire book.  

          This book ended with lots of surprises.  Ted betrayed his best friend Mark, wanna know how? he kissed Nikki, which was Marks girlfriend.  I guess they've always had some sort of connection throughout the entire book because, they always spent lots of time together and she was mostly there to help on accomplishing his 10 things he wanted to do before he died.  I'm honestly glad for them because Rachel wasn't a good girlfriend to Ted, but what they both did is pretty messed up.  Also TED DOESN'T DIE! The fries were not poisoned and it was all a scam. Ted did so much to finish what was on his list but that was truly impossible because he had such a short time frame it just wouldn't work out.  Now you may be asking what caused Ted to be really sick if he wasn't poisoned well, Ted has vertigo. Vertigo makes you feel like everything is spinning around you and that is why Ted was so sick which made a huge part as to why he couldn't finish anything on his list.  

        Overall this book was OK next time ill try to choose wiser and not just go by a title or cover.  But I do feel very accomplished that I actually finished a book for the first time, I deserve a pat on my back. 

my life = stress

          Well first let me tell you a little about my night.  My night is not going well so far, first my mom is in one of her moods today and it's really stressing me out, and second my laptop would not connect to the wifi and I really do not know why! Now I have to use this ugly desktop in my house.  I HATE desktops.  Desktops are so uncomfortable, I like to write my blogs comfortably on my bed or couch but I guess I cannot do that tonight... But then I think to myself and remember that there are people dying all over the world, and my issues tonight are not as bad.  So I should just move on with my life and be happy.  
           Now on page 145, yes I am surprisingly still reading this book, and to be completely honest I feel so proud of myself.  I have never reached this far into a book and ill be finishing in no time.  Hopefully by my next blog ill be done. 
          I found out the rest of the things Ted wanted to do before he died, and here they are:
5) Laugh in death’s face
6) Go to Africa
7) Rob a bank(something I'd probably think about doing)
8) Tell Mark to screw himself
9) Find out why Grandpa and Dad don't talk
10) Tell the truth

      As you can see Ted has his list done and he says he wants to "tell mark to screw himself". Aren't they bffs? Well not anymore. Mark does things that normally a good friend would not do. So Ted realized and is tired of him. Rachel his girlfriend does not know why he's getting sick, she knows nothing about the whole situation. She thinks that Ted is cheating on her, that Ted is now a drinker because he's constantly throwing up. I could go on and on she just blames him for many things. I Don't know why he doesn't just tell her, so they could spent the last few hours he has to live in peace. It really gets me mad and I wish I could tell her. However when he does decide to tell her I know she will feel like a piece of poop, and would regret all the things she has blamed him for.

 How was the experience of writing your first college essay for this class? Discuss.

       To be honest this college essay is a nightmare. I have procrastinated in writing it because I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO WRITE ABOUT! I have started it but I don't know the right words to put or anything. I really want to make this a good essay and make it reflect on myself in a positive way. I am not close to being done because I think this is one of those things you should read thoroughly and make it as close to perfect as you can.

blogging is soooo stressful

             Well this is part two of my blog.  Last time I was up to page 64 now i'm on 104, Kennedy said I should be reading at least 40 pages a week, and that is all i'm doing.  Reading has never been my thing, and I honestly think it never will be.  But let me not sit here and complain, because that will get me nowhere.  Wish this blog would write itself so I can fall asleep but that's not going to happen. 

             Well let me tell you. The fries Ted ate were poisoned.  Mark and Nikki were so scared and freaking out, but Ted on the other hand was mellow and calm.  I guess everyone has a different way of taking things in.  But I know I would've been freaking out A LOT especially if it was me.  What had happened was that a young man named Leo got fired from the dinner where Ted and his friends always go to, so out of spite because he got fired he poisoned some fries, which happened to be Teds and now has 24 hours to live.  How did I know this? I think I could see the future.  Lol Jk.  Like I had said before this book is very predictable, but a little enjoyable. 

               On my last blog I mentioned how I wanted to find out those 10 things Ted wanted to do before he died, well I found a couple out. and they were:

1.Lose Virginity 

2.Jam with Shakes The Clown (Teds favorite alternative band)

3.Party with Shakes The Clown

Looks like all he wants to do is party and jam right now, I will find out the next 7 things next time hopefully. 

   Well of course we had to do a little more work lol :( 

      Part2: What are you planning to do next year and beyond..

           Well fist of all of course I want to graduate.  I will be going to college to become a Veterinarian.  That is my dream, I love animals to death, especially cats.  I will probably be much happier in the future with cats then a boyfriend, Lol just kidding that will be pretty weird.  Also I want to work a lot and get myself a car because I really can't be depending on rides for much longer.  My long term goal is to get a nice place like a condo live on my own and be independent,  although I know when that day comes it will be very hard for me because I never want to leave my home.  I have many goals set up for myself and I will work hard to accomplish them and become a successful wealthy person.  I really want to make my family proud. 

             

             

I Tried :(

         Reading 40 pages a week is not really what i do nor what i like to do.  I've never liked reading, maybe I just never found "The One", But in this case I guess I have to read in order to get a good grade in my English class.  Thanks Kennedy.... just kidding :-)
           
             The book I chose was "10 Things To Do Before I Die", A novel by Daniel Ehrenhaft.  The title is pretty interesting don't you think? Well that's why I chose it.  It really caught my attention.  I want to find out those 10 things and why this person is going to die? or if hes really dying?  Believe it or not yes I have been reading.  It has been torture I am on page 64, and it's not so bad. So far this book really reminds me of the book Part-Time Indian that I independently read in my English class last year, although I can honestly say Part-Time Indian was much much better.
           I really like how this book is written in a first person point of view, it helps me relate more to the character that way.  However the author is pretty predictable I would say.  The way he writes is funny he uses simple language.  It's easy to read therefore it is enjoyable.  The main character is Ted he is 16, very unlucky kid, he is not so popular, his circle is small.  He surrounds him self with his best friend Mark and Marks girlfriend Nikki.  Third wheeler? I think so (that's me too).  However he does get a girlfriend Rachel Klein farther in the book(i still don't have a boyfriend).

        Ted and his friends are casually at the Circle Eat Dinner they usually get fries, burger and a salad.  Ted always eats the fries.  After ted feels unusually sick, starts to vomit and everything.  Could it be the fries, that will cause him to die? This is what i mean by predictable, he's the only one that ate the fries? His friends are fine? It could be it but who knows.
       This book really confuses me sometimes, the plots change too much.  It makes me reread everything over again to get a good understanding of it.  Overall this is not so bad.  Still do not think this book is "The One".
       
       
           
         

cat lady 101

I am Gabriela Melendez I'm a very trustworthy, honest, and funny person. I'm quiet and shy at first but once I get comfortable with the people around me I am a complete different person. I am a big animal lover, this is why I want to become a veterinarian in the near future.  I love all types of animals. I have a cat who's name is Bruno he's all black and has a white patch on his chest. He is literally my life I love love love coming home to him and smother him in kisses.  Besides cats I also love dogs I had one of my own but he recently died this year, he died of old age. Not seeing him everyday took some getting used to but eventually you have to learn to move on although it can be very hard.  Milo(my dog) motivated me more to want to become a vet.  While he was dying I did not know what to do, he took his last breath in my arms and I wish I could've done something to help him out.
